Ibrar is working on the Workforce Engagement in Lifelong Learning (WELL) project. As part of the project he is working with staff from the School of Health and the School of Lifelong Education and Development to develop a technology-supported model of flexible delivery for work-based learners. As a result of the project Ibrar will produce a model of programme delivery that can be used with part-time, work-based and distance learners, making the best use of technology available.
