Tom Ashdown Award

See who won

This enterprise award was first presented in 2006 as an accolade to Tommy Ashdown, former Pro-Chancellor and Chair of Council at the University of Bradford, who died in 2006. He was a great advocate for the importance of learning practical skills relevant to industry and a strong supporter of personal development. His industry experience helped exploit the University's intellectual property. Read more about Tom.

Who can enter?

Entrants must be people who have already used the programmes and have had a successful outcome, whether that is a new business or employment. 

Nominations and judging

Nominations to be decided by the programme managers, Teresa Hull and Eleanor Clyde Evans.

Prizes

2 prizes of £250 - one winner for each programme.
