Letting us know

If you are able to make a gift to the University of Bradford in your Will, it would help us greatly if you would let us know by completing this simple form.

Legacies

Leaving a legacy enables you to give a gift which will make a real difference to the University and will live on, in a very real sense, to benefit future generations.

Perhaps you:

  • would like to support a particular academic department or area of research
  • are an alumnus/a of the University and wish to fund a scholarship, to ensure that a promising but cash-strapped student can benefit from the Bradford education you enjoyed
  • want to honour and commemorate the life of a loved one, by naming a scholarship, room, or even a building in their honour
  • just want to help Bradford achieve its aims and are happy for the University to use your donation wherever the need is greatest

Further information is available in our Legacy Brochure or from our Development Team on 01274 236844 or giving@bradford.ac.uk.

Make your Will for free!

We are delighted to offer our friends, staff, supporters and graduates the opportunity to make a Will for free, a potential saving of up to £80! We hope that if you choose to take advantage of this service that you will consider leaving a gift in your Will to The University of Bradford, but there's no obligation to do so.

To make your Will online, visit www.legal365.com and select either:

a DIY Will (free) using code UOBFREE

or a Lawyer-Reviewed Will (this costs £30 for a lawyer to review your will, normally £120) using code UOB30

Once you have completed the online process, just enter your chosen promotional code in the box provided at the basket where you would normally pay for the Will.  The discount will be applied and shown at the checkout before the order is completed.
