Car Parking

The University requires permits to be displayed on the vehicles of all staff, students and visitors who park on the University's land during the period 9.00-17.30, Monday to Friday. All students should receive details of car parking arrangements and charges in their registration packs. Details are also available from Security in the Richmond Building. The number of permits is limited. New and returning students should visit http://carparking.brad.ac.uk/default.asp to apply for a permit.

Authorised visitors can get a free day permit from reception. Full time students may apply for a parking permit for a small annual fee, this is based on a first come first served basis. Part time students may not park for free and cannot park without a permit: part time students are not allowed to use a visitor permit.

Part time students (staff also if they wish) can apply for an occasional user permit if available. This costs a small amount per day. Anybody wishing to purchase a permit must go to Security in the Richmond Building.
