The Division of Service Development and Improvement assists health and social care professionals to meet the challenges of a complex and constantly changing environment, by developing their ability to manage change, drive efficiency and improve care to users. The Division offers a wide range of Continuing Professional Development, undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

" Several of my colleagues had already studied on Masters Programmes at the University of Bradford. I am particularly interested in the area of Leadership, Management and Change in Health and Social Care. I was determined to gain a place on the MSc in this subject, and was eventually fortunate enough to secure sponsorship funding from the World Bank. After completing my Masters, I am going to return to my job in Tanzania where I will be able to use the knowledge and skills that I have learnt."
