Our aim in HR is to provide the University and its staff with a professional and accessible service across the full range of employment related-matters and to establish the University of Bradford as an employer of choice across the region. Through the work that we do we seek to create a workplace where all our staff feel valued, supported and where they are able to fulfil their potential.
As an outward facing service we actively welcome constructive feedback on the services that we deliver and we use this wherever possible to help inform, shape and continually improve the service that we provide to you.
