Money Advice Service

The Money Advice Service provides a new range of useful online resources with free impartial advice, tools and planners to help you manage your money.


Payroll Giving

Payroll Giving has been set up to enable staff to support students who are reliant on scholarships and hardship funding. This helps to ensure that a Bradford education is open to anyone, regardless of their financial situation or background.  You can find more information by following the link to Fees and Financial Support.

Staff can make monthly donations towards student support directly from their pay.  For further information please visit the Alumni and Development website (username and  password required).


Reward and Progression

Regrading

The Regrading Process was published in March 2011.  The documentation should be read in conjunction with the Performance Review process and the updated  HERA Role Descriptors.

Performance Recognition

The Performance Recognition scheme and associated documentation is available on the Performance Recognition and Reward page.

Temporary Allowances

The Temporary Allowances policy provides guidance on rewarding employees on grades one to ten who temporarily take on extra work duties and responsibilities which will represent a significant change to their existing role.
