The annual process starting with performance review and including staff development, performance recognition, senior staff salary review, workforce planning, budget setting and re-grading is set out in the document - Performance-Management-and-Development-Cycle.
Managers are now able to record performance review discussions through the Performance Review Module in MyView.
Details of how to use the module are available in the MyView Manual.
The Performance Review module allows managers to summarise discussions about performance, set new objectives (previously Form B) and record any mandatory training identified (previously Form C). Reviewees will still be able to access Form A (which helps them to prepare for their Performance Review meeting) through a link in MyView.
The Performance Review Module is available for use now and it is anticipated that this will be used across the University for recording performance reviews. However it is recognised that some areas have commenced the 2010/2011 Performance Review cycle using the current forms, therefore these are still available below.
