Accommodation
Whenever you come from, you will find a warm and comfortable place to sleep, study and relax in Bradford. Most Halls are situated on the main campus or a short five-minute walk away, which means you are never far from your lectures, library, sports and recreation facilities. You may not even need to leave your room to study as most rooms have free Broadband access.
Students with a firm offer from the University are guaranteed a place in Halls of Residence in their first year. To benefit from the offer of guaranteed accommodation in University-owned or managed accommodation for your first year of study, you need to have accepted an offer from the University (‘FIRM’ acceptance for undergraduate courses) and apply for your room by September 5th.
Full details on accommodation prices and how to apply for your room are available from our Accommodation web pages.
Private Accommodation
Compared to most university cities in the UK, privately rented accommodation in Bradford is inexpensive, and there are plenty of houses for friends to rent together close to the campus.
If you would prefer to live in privately rented accommodation, then you should contact Unipol Student Homes. The Unipol staff offer a free advice service to students looking to rent private accommodation and it is a good way of finding a place to live at a reasonable cost.
