Photocopy Request Service

If you are registered on an Eligible Distance Learning Course, you can take advantage of our services for Distance Learners.

What can you Request?

Use this service to obtain:

Please note that there is not a limit on the amount of requests you can submit. However, this service is expensive to provide in terms of photocopying and staff time, so we ask that you prioritise your requests and check that items requested are relevant to your studies. If an item is not in our stock we will try to obtain it from another library.

Paying for Requests

You can request a photocopy of part of a document held in stock at the University of Bradford Library. Each request costs £2. You can pay for photocopy and inter-library requests by:

How to Request Items

  1. Fill in the Photocopy Request Form (pdf version 63 KB) (Word version 120 KB) in full.
  2. Sign the copyright declaration. This is a legal requirement. We cannot process your request without your signature.
  3. Send a cheque to cover the costs, or ensure that you have set up an online account
  4. Check your emails for any messages

This page contains links to Adobe PDF and/or Microsoft Office files. Online conversion tools (please use the e-mail submission if the Web-based form is unsuccessful) and free PDF Reader software are available from Adobe. A list of viewers/readers for Microsoft and Flash software is available. Alternatively, please e-mail the content manager if you need documents in another format.
