For journal articles, book chapters and conference papers, current legislation prevents us from submitting requests without a written signature. In order for us to proceed with your request, the Request Form must be printed out. Once you have signed the copyright declaration, post or fax this form back to Inter-Library Loans (tel no. 01274 233369).
