University of Bradford >> Library >> Special Collections >> The Peace Ephemera Collection
The PaxCat Project is unearthing all kinds of interesting peace-related ephemera, such as flyers for protest marches, news-sheets at peace camps, and scrapbooks of press cuttings. These offer an amazing visual resource and insight into the ideas of campaigners.
If there is no particular archive relevant to these items, we add them to this new collection. So far most material is from the British nuclear disarmament campaigns of the early 1980s, but we expect all kinds of material to come our way. We will organise it by subject using the Commonweal Classification. A handlist and further detail will be available as the Collection grows.
