The Yvette Jacobson Library
At the core of our site, the Yvette Jacobson Library contains some 35,000 books and 7,000 bound volumes of journals, plus collections of company reports and accounts, and market-research reports. One of Europe's largest management libraries, it offers a pleasant and airy space for private study.
While the library subscribes to 250 business and management periodicals, access is available to the full texts of around 2,000 more through online databases. Using the internet, you can gain access to many of these from the comfort of your home. Further databases give online access to full-text market reports, company financial information and global industry analysis, all available through Metalib, an information portal that brings together in one place all the library's electronic subject resources.
As a registered user of the Yvette Jacobson Library, you have easy access on and off site through an online computerised catalogue - which also includes access to all Bradford theses, dissertations and management projects - to the wider resources of the main University of Bradford library, and to other university libraries and external databases.
