The podcast gives insight into what responsible management means to our academic and industry experts and how you can combat the challenges which arise in everyday business operation.

The podcast has now been running for over one year and continues to grow as we provide insight into wellbeing, marketing, finance and more.

David is Director of Business and Community Engagement and Professor of Small Business Development and Organisation Studies in the School of Management and is leading on the development of the School of Management's programme and portfolio in respect of small business and entrepreneurship.

David is a member of the International Business, Marketing and Strategy department and his research interests include organisational learning, change and leadership and he has undertaken research and consultancy and delivered executive education in both SMEs and with large corporate firms.

As host of the Responsible Management Podcast David aims to help uncover insights and lead conversation which business leaders and entrepreneurs can use in their day-to-day operations.
