MBA Skills Workshops

A programme of workshops is run for MBA students to develop practical managerial skills. These will also support the development of those skills chosen for the Personal Development Planning module.

Workshops offered in recent years have included: presentation skills, coaching skills, voice coaching, charismatic management, MBTI, creative management, effective time and stress management. Students are also invited to suggest topics for workshops.

Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI)

MBTI is a popular personality measure to help people gain a greater understanding of themselves and others. Such insights can lead to unlocking the potential that is within each of us resulting in improved relationships, both at home, in our work and in our social lives.

MBTI is widely used in industry and commerce for training in areas such as leadership, team building, communication and conflict.
