The University Of Bradford School Of Management can offer you a substantial pool of graduate talent in generalist and specialist subjects in business and management at undergraduate and postgraduate level.

We are one of Europe's leading, and longest-established, university- based business schools. As a full-service business school we provide courses for undergraduates through masters' and doctorates to executive education.

We were ranked the Number 1 University in Yorkshire for employment in 2007 by Times' Good University Guide and our Careers Service helps to ensure that "Making Knowledge Work" is more than just a slogan at Bradford.

There are 800 undergraduate students and 400+ postgraduate students at the School of Management, all with skills that could be relevant to your business needs.

Recruit a graduate

Our undergraduate courses are designed to give students the broad range of knowledge required in modern management and to equip them with the specialised skills required to succeed in their chosen career.

We offer programmes in:

As well as the technical skills we also place great importance on students gaining "employability" skills such as team work, organisation and commercial awareness that will ensure they are prepared for the workplace.

During their time with us at the School of Management students can find support in their career development in many ways:

Many of our students have also gained valuable commercial experience through a 8-12 month work placement in their third year. This allows them to develop practical, hands on skills and take on genuine responsibility.

MBA

Our MBA combines academic rigour with practicality and relevance to managers in their jobs. The result is an MBA that employers really value.

We offer MSc programmes in:

Students gain a wide range of management skills and techniques for creative thinking, problem solving and decision making. Graduates of the MSc programmes will be equipped to take up generalist roles or more specialist roles in finance, marketing or HRM .

Advertising your vacancy

We can advertise your vacancies to any group of Management School students or graduates as well as MBA alumni.

To advertise to students and graduates we use a quick and easy on line system which allows jobseekers to search on a wide range of options including location, degree subject and type of work. They can also set up automatic email alerts, so if your opportunity matches their search criteria they will receive email notification of your vacancy.

For more senior roles/experienced hires we can also advertise to postgraduate students and alumni (graduates from previous years)
