In a nutshell, we help deliver the Corporate Plan (including key aims from each of the academic school plans), by providing messages and information to identified groups. So we market courses to students to support the achievement of student number targets, we promote research to attract more funding and collaboration partners, we run events and internal communications channels to achieve a well informed workforce - to name just a few. And we also generate income through commercial events and fundraising.
As a department we are often receiving more requests for practical help than we have the capacity to deliver. But our aim to provide the expert help needed so that every member of staff can get their message out. That's why we have spend a considerable amount of time developing tools and guides so you can always access the information and help you need.
