Autumn/Winter 2014 Events
Leeds and Bradford’s festival of pioneering, experimental and underground music, film and art makes its return in September this year. Building on the successes of last year’s debut - that attracted praise from The Wire and The Guardian - the festival’s organisers are looking to make this edition an even more exciting prospect with performances and new commissions from avant-garde guitarist Stephen O’Malley of Seattle drone metallers Sunn O))), Leeds’ Ashtray Navigations who celebrate their 20th anniversary, Einstürzende Neubauten and Nick Cave collaborator Blixa Bargeld, large folk ensemble Dark Northumbrian, legendary anarcho punks Zounds, Detroit hip hop group Slum Village, plus David Thomas Broughton, That Fucking Tank, Owls, Tom Hopkins & Giulia Ricci and much more.
