Student complaints procedure against members of staff

This is the procedure to be used when students have a complaint or grievance against a member of staff. It provides for complaints to be dealt with, as far as possible, on an informal basis, but it also sets out a formal route for the consideration of complaints, should informal processes fail to resolve a complaint satisfactorily.
