Apply for a Car Parking Permit

The University of Bradford's car parking policy seeks to clarify the regulations and restrictions for the benefit of our staff, students and visitors.

The car parking policy requires permits to be displayed on the motor vehicles of all staff, students and visitors who park in University car parks during the period of 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Disabled staff and students who require the use of a motor vehicle to enable them to come to the University are exempted from any fee.

The policy applies to all staff, students, contractors and visitors and covers the parking of all motor vehicles on University land.

Apply for staff car parking permit

Applications are now open for staff parking permits for 2013/14. We are pleased to announce once again no price increase for the period February 2013 to January 2014.  Staff still requiring a 2012/13 permit may obtain an application form from Richmond Reception, the application will be processed upon completion and return to Richmond Reception.

Apply for student car parking permit

Applications for student car parking permits will be accepted between Tuesday 28 August and 14 September 2012.

NB: Before you make your application, please read the car parking policy paying particular attention to the student 2 mile radius rule which will apply for academic year 2012/13 and falsifying information on your application will result in disciplinary procedures.

Renewals

Please note if you are a current permit holder you still need to 'apply' for your permit. Please DO NOT select the 'renewal' button this option is not available.

Confirmation emails will be issued at point of application and again at point of succession / decline of application, at this point further information will be emailed to you via your University of Bradford email address, giving instructions on how to make payment.
