The University of Bradford's car parking policy seeks to clarify the regulations and restrictions for the benefit of our staff, students and visitors.
The car parking policy requires permits to be displayed on the motor vehicles of all staff, students and visitors who park in University car parks during the period of 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Disabled staff and students who require the use of a motor vehicle to enable them to come to the University are exempted from any fee.
The policy applies to all staff, students, contractors and visitors and covers the parking of all motor vehicles on University land.
Applications are now open for staff parking permits for 2013/14. We are pleased to announce once again no price increase for the period February 2013 to January 2014. Staff still requiring a 2012/13 permit may obtain an application form from Richmond Reception, the application will be processed upon completion and return to Richmond Reception.
Applications for student car parking permits will be accepted between Tuesday 28 August and 14 September 2012.
NB: Before you make your application, please read the car parking policy paying particular attention to the student 2 mile radius rule which will apply for academic year 2012/13 and falsifying information on your application will result in disciplinary procedures.
