Curly Arrow use in Organic Reaction Mechanisms

Dr Mary Masson at the University of Aberdeen is developing web based material to help students develop the skill of writing "curly arrow" reaction mechanisms. I have had a brief look the notes and exercises on this site and commend use of the material to 1st and 2nd year students in Organic Chemistry at Bradford. Final year students may also find it worth a look.

• PC users need to be running Windows95/98 or NT, with Netscape 4.06 minimum, 4.5 preferred, or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later.
• Mac users can access it with Internet Explorer 4.0 or later. It currently (March 1999) does not work properly on Netscape 4.06 or later.
