The Situation Room is an exploration of power and choice making under conditions of war. We make decisions under uncertainty almost every day – we take risks and make mistakes. But our actions impact the lives of a small number of people. At the highest echelons of society the same human processes can cost hundreds of thousands of lives. Robert Macamara has said that war is so complex that it is beyond the capacity of one human mind to contemplate all the variables. Our understanding is not adequate and we will kill people unnecessarily. Using game theory, storytelling and theatrical immersion, we invite our audience to take this position of responsibility.
The Situation Room is a theatrical adventure in which you take part.
You will be transported to the highest seat of power in either the White House or the Kremlin during a moment of global tension and asked to make tough decisions as the clock ticks down. The choices that you make will shift the balance of power between East and West, and write a new chapter in the history of the world.
