Sports Camp
NOW TAKING REGISTRATION FOR SUMMER SPORTS CAMP WEEKS 1/8/11 & 22/8/11
£70 for the whole week or £15 per day. Book early to avoid disapointment.
Here at the University sports centre we deliver children's sports camp for 5 to 12 year olds during the School holidays.
Our aim is to provide a fun positive week of sport and activities. Children get to make new friends with children of their own age and have positive interaction with older children.
We offer an exciting wide range of activities which bring the best out of everyone. Children will learn how to work together in sports such as football, basketball and tag rugby, they will achieve individually in activities such as rock climbing, go karting, swimming and trampolining, or discover a creative streak in arts and crafts.
Drop your child off at 9.00am and relax knowing they are with highly qualified coaching staff, that makes the camp fun and exciting with a great atmosphere while encouraging your child to their full potential.
Collect your child at 3.30pm with them having had a varied and fun day.
Typical Timetable
- 9.00-10.00am: Children arrive and sign in. Introductions and safety talk.
- 10.00-11.00am: Ice breaker games OR parachute games
- 11.00-11.30am: Snacks and drinks
- 11.30-12.30am: Rock climbing OR football
- 12.30-1.00pm: Dinner and refuel
- 1.00-1.45pm: Danish long ball
- 2.00-3.00pm; Swimming adventure
- 3.15-3.30pm: Collection and sign out
