Vice-Chancellor's Awards for Outstanding Achievement 2018

• Excellence
• Internationalisation
• Equality and Diversity
• Sustainability

More information is available on the University's Strategic Objectives.

These awards sit alongside the Vice-Chancellor’s Teaching Excellence Awards.

Nominations are warmly encouraged from all students and staff across the University. Awards and Commendations will be given for each strategic objective. The number of awards made will reflect the quality of the nominations submitted and will include individual and team nominations.
Please note that self-nominations will not be accepted, and that feedback on the nominations will be sought from the relevant Dean or Director.
The Award and Commendation winners will be invited to an evening celebration event on the 3 May 2018 hosted by the Vice-Chancellor.

The nominations process is open from 4 December 2017 – 5 February 2018.

Nominations can be made by any member of the University, e.g. a colleague, a student, or a relevant group such as the Students' Union, a Faculty or a Professional Service Directorate on behalf of an individual or a team - self-nominations will not be accepted.

Nominators will need to complete the online form or Paper Form with a statement describing the achievement in not more than 1,200 words.
