What do I need to do before arriving at the University?
Ensure funding is in place
If you have Student Finance England (SFE) application documents, please make sure they are for the University of Bradford. If not please ring SFE and inform them of any changes. Student Finance England (external link)
Activate your IT Account
You should have received an email from the University about activating your IT Account. If you haven’t this email please contact email@example.com

Upload your photo
This is an essential part of the online enrolment via e:Vision. If a photo is not uploaded we will be unable to produce your student ID card in advance of your arrival on Campus.
Upload your personal ID documents
This is an essential part of the online enrolment via e:Vision. Choose one of the following forms of ID to upload: Current Passport / National ID Card / UK Birth Certificate / Full UK Driving Licence.
Problems enrolling online?
No computer access prior to arrival?
When you arrive, access to computers will be available in various locations for students to complete the Pre-Enrolment Portal (PEP) process. Please visit one of the MyBradford locations for further details.
We strongly recommend that you try to complete the Pre-Enrolment Portal via e:Vision prior to arrival at the University.
What happens if I missed my timetabled Enrolment Event?
We know that you will do your best to enrol with the University within the timescales laid out, however, we also appreciate that sometimes events can cause delays.
If you are expecting to arrive on or after the third week of the semester you will require an approved late arrival support plan.
If this is the case and you are aware that you will be arriving later than planned, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your UB number, planned date of arrival and the reason for your change of plans.
If approved, the University will then be able to put into place any support that you may require, including how to ensure you are provided with any information that you may have missed.
What do I do after my Enrolment?
Please ensure you have your academic timetable from your Faculty.
How do I find the University?

Where can I park my car?
Parking is restricted on the main City Campus to permit holders only.
Once you have completed your enrolment you can apply for a student parking permit.

How do I pay my tuition fees?

Where can I get a letter to confirm I have enrolled?
From MyBradford - Student Services in the Richmond Building Foyer.
Please inform staff the reason you require the letter, for example:
Council Tax Exemption / Introduction to Student Banking / Tuition Fees letter for your Embassy or Sponsor.
