Getting on in the Community

This is a 6-week course running 28th June to 2nd August.
Learn how to become part of your community and be able to get out there to enjoy and live life to your full potential. By attending these sessions you will learn how to identify your future pathway to enhance your quality of life and improve your health and wellbeing. You will achieve this through being enabled to make the necessary changes to your life. Sessions will be delivered in a structured and supportive learning environment and will inform and help prepare individuals to access, participate and sustain social, recreational, and vocational activities within their community.

- Health, Diet and Fitness
- Education and Training
- Communication Skills
- Volunteering -the Benefits of Volunteering
- Employment- Employability and Transferrable Skills
