eFile (history of service status)

Service running. Fri 24 Jun 2016 08:43 - Service running - eFile is running as normal.

Scheduled maintenance. Thurs, 23 Jun 2016 12:40 - Scheduled maintenance on 23 June 2015 - From 5pm on Thursday 23 June, eFile will be unavailable due to maintenance. This will be available again from Friday 24 June 8am.

Service running. Fri 29 April 2016 09:30 - Service running - eFile is running as normal.

Service running with issues. Wed 27 April 2016 10:30 - Service running with issues - No documents showing in efile from April 26 onwards. We are currently working on this.

Service running. Tues 8 Feb 2016 10:27 - Service running - eFile is running as normal.

Service down. Mon 8 Feb 2016 09:45 - Service down - eFile is temporarily down. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Service running. Tues 2 Feb 2016 11:58 - Service running - eFile is running as normal.

Service down. Tues 2 Feb 2016 10:18 - Service down - eFile is temporarily down. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Service running with issues. 29 Jan 2016 09:13 - Service running with issues - Service is experiencing some Intermittent issues Hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Scheduled maintenance. Fri, 18 Jan 2016 15:48 - Scheduled maintenance on 17 January 2015 - From 12:30 on Sunday 17 January we will be temporarily switching to a read-only eFile service. We aim to re-store the eFile service from 12:30 Monday 18 January but will update this message when this is ready. You can access read-only eFile from http://efile.brad.ac.uk:16220/cs/login/login/htm - please use your network username and password (Novell). The read-only eFile will allow access toany existing documents (as of 18:00 on 15 January), but you should not use your scanners to try and add new documents. If you use the 'email to eFile' feature you can continue to send emails but they will not be visible until the full eFile service is restored. If you have any queries please ring IT Servicedesk on x3333.

Service is experiencing some issues. Mon, 11 Jan 2016 14:01 - Service is experiencing some issues - Scans and emails are currently not appearing on eFile. Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
