For over 15 years, Mary Holmes has provided coaching, leadership & personal development to clients, plus undertaken a number of major OD projects. This follows on from a successful career in both public and private sector organisations.

Having completed a PhD researching leadership and learning through a period of transformational change, she now regularly writes articles for practitioners and draws on action learning and research to inform her work. For the University of Bradford, where she holds an honorary post, she has designed and delivered a range of materials on coaching, leadership and talent management for Masters programmes. In addition, she has supervised both undergraduate and Masters students working on a range of HR, HRD & OD topics.

Current research interests are relational coaching and resilience.

Professional affiliations include: Association of Coaching; European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
