Sarah gained a range of management experience in the retail and hospitality industry before completing an MBA and then a PhD from Leeds University Business School. During this period her research centred upon flexible working and the strategic implementation of agency social workers in the NHS. At Leeds University she also held a position as Associate Lecturer for 6 years and lectured on and range of undergraduate modules including Organisational behaviour, Strategic Human Resource Management and Management. After joining Bradford School of Management in 2009, Sarah has taught on the MSc Human Resource Management. Coupled with this she is module leader for the distance learning MBA module, Managing people.
