To provide students with 1. A critical appreciation of a holistic assessment of need for people living with dementia and their supporters. 2. A comprehensive understanding of the range of post diagnostic support available to enable people to live well with dementia including social, cognitive, emotional/psychological and technological approaches. 3. An understanding of factors that precipitate, limit and enhance access to and use of post diagnostic support. 4.
