Polly Pascoe

Research title: Supporting mechanisms for evidence-based management capability in the NHS in England.

Research focus: Supporting mechanisms for evidence-based management capability in the NHS in England.

Polly graduated with an MSc in Leadership, Management and Change in Health and Social Care from the University of Bradford in 2015 and has been studying for her PhD at Bradford since late 2015. Her research project aims to explore ways in which NHS leaders can support employees to practice evidence-based management.

In addition to her studies, Polly works as a senior manager in the NHS, focusing on quality assurance and is also a regular contributor to the London School of Economics Business Review.
