Funding awarded for project to help people develop emotional intelligence

Funding has been awarded from Yorkshire Innovation on a collaborative project between Zephyr Learning,  Prof. Hassan Ugail and Dr. David Connah (Centre for Visual Computing, University of Bradford) and Dr Valerie Lesk (Psychology, SIS, University of Bradford).

The project aims to develop an innovative piece of software that can help people develop their emotional intelligence.  This is done by tapping into facial expressions central to emotional intelligence and by interaction with a 3D avatar allows the user to analyse their own facial expressions in a number of given scenario
