I offer 1:1 academic/ language support for PhD students.
Teaching and Supervisory Responsibilities
I teach on Postgraduate taught classes/ Pre sessional courses as well as offering 1:1 support for all university students and specific targeted 1:1 support for PhD students
I am responsible for creating/ updating online self access materials available hosted on Blackboard for Language Centre students and for supporting Language Centre staff in their development of TEL knowledge and skills.

I have worked in EFL/ ESP/ EAP teaching ( The British Council :Greece/ Italy/ Egypt) + UK for several years as a teacher and teacher trainer.
My work has involved design and delivery of courses for Cambridge exams ( IELTS/ ESOL/FCE/CAE/CPE),Business English ( TOEIC),English for Academic Purposes.
I have also worked as an ESOL lecturer and trainer within the FE sector and English as an Additional Language coordinator in schools.
In my previous role I was Programme Leader for the Education portfolio, designing, developing and delivering blended and online modules for the MA Education with pathways in ESOL, International Perspectives, Leadership & Management and TEL.
I am involved in English language exam writing at C1 level for an international exam board ( UCLAN)
I have been involved in online course design and development (UDOL) for postgraduate courses aimed at a global market of educators.
