Mark Cox - University Talent Acquisition Assistant

University of Bradford students have been employed in all areas of the business at Cummins, on short and long-term placements, and through the company's graduate programme. Mark Cox tells us what they're looking for in a new recruit: "We are looking for students who, along with a strong academic background, are ambitious, driven, and match up with our company core values."
