Bradford Hour dedicated to results day

Published:

A-Level results day will be the topic of conversation as the University of Bradford takes over the weekly Twitter #BradfordHour.

Every Thursday, between 8pm and 9pm, Twitter users across the district use the hashtag #BradfordHour to promote news, events and businesses across the district and engages in conversation with the community. This week, #BradfordHour organisers have joined forces with the University of Bradford to discuss A-level results day on 14 August and give advice to all those picking up results here in Bradford and the surrounding areas.

Mark Garratt, Director of External Affairs at the University of Bradford, said: "With A-level results day fast approaching the University is keen to help as many people across our district prepare themselves for the day.

"We hope that as many people as possible have a smooth transition into their next step in education, but for some there are many options available whether they get better results than they expected, or not quite what they hoped. Thursday's Bradford Hour will provide students, parents and teachers with the opportunity to engage with us in getting tips and advice in preparing for next week."
