Waste Management is a key factor in the prevention and control of environmental pollution, the laws of this area are therefore critically important in regard to sustainable development. Waste management law is a rapidly expanding field that is key to successful business management. This module will enable students to develop knowledge and understanding within the field of waste management and how the law fits into the international policies of environmental laws aimed at protecting the environment. This Module is useful for students studying towards an LLM in Natural Resources, Environmental Law and Policy (Distance Learning) and for students studying towards an LLM in International Legal Studies (Distance Learning).
